I have a unique teaching system for beginners using letters and colour coded patterns to enable learning tunes quickly. I also teach and coach competitors as well as pipe bands.

I judge at Highland Games and Indoor contests, approx 10-12 per year. See Calendar for upcoming events. I use these experiences in my teaching.

My vast repertoire makes playing gigs always fun. I have never not loved the sound. It is still as thrilling an instrument as when I was first playing.
